Pros | Cons |
Great Burst Damage Decent Heal Survivability Options Can Disable Targets | Limited Mobility Mana Hungry Requires Knowledge of the Matchup |
At the centre of this build is the ability to put isolated targets to sleep, then pile on numerous curses before detonating them with Curse explosion.
This build allows for a lot of healing and survivability. However, the lack of mobility skills means that it requires good positioning and match-up knowledge to know when to use damage mitigation skills.
To ensure that the curses land successfully, it is recommended that Perception reach 60. Ideally, Wisdom should also reach 50 to increase debuff durations and reduce cooldowns.

Active Skill Explanation
Key Curses are used as part of the skill rotation to increase the damage of Curse Explosion for a big burst of damage.
Touch of Despair, Corrupted Magic Circle, and Cursed Nightmare are the core of this build, while the rest of the skills are taken for survivability.
Focus on leveling the curse skills first, as they do the most damage.
Passive Skill Explanation
A good mix of offensive and supportive passives will yield the best results, allowing players to continuously deal damage while outlasting opponents with innate healing.
Noble Revival, Selfless Soul, and Devotion and Emptiness are excellent passives to get because healing allies will be a natural occurrence.
Prioritize Assassin's Dagger and Wrathful Edge for the leveling process, as dealing damage will be a priority at this stage of the game.

Primary Weapon | |

Lequirus's Wicked Thorns | ・Mana Regen ・Hit ・Critical Hit |
Weapon Effect | Lequirus's Gale Blade | Base Damage 50 ▲ for 3s upon using Dagger Mobility Skills. |
Lequirus's Wicked Thorns is one of the best daggers in the game, thanks to the effect of Lequirus' Gale Blade.
Players can consistently take advantage of the buff with Block Blade as a mobility skill that will be incorporated into the opening rotation.
Secondary Weapon | |
---|---|
Lequirus's Coveted Tome | ・Critical Hit ・Heavy Attack Chance ・Hit |
Weapon Effect | Lequirus's Ambush | When your Health goes below 20%, Stealth for 7.5s. Cooldown 120s. |
Lequirus's Coveted Tome will serve as an evasive tool when Health dips below 20%. This gives some breathing room when Health is low to reposition and use heals or other skills.

Belt of Endless Slaughter | ・Max Health ・Skill Damage Resistance ・Debuff Duration |
Two pieces of the Ascended Guardian set are used for the Cooldown Speed effect, which is essential for maintaining consistent skill rotations. While taking four pieces is tempting, it doesn't leave much room for survivability.
The rest of the armor stacks numerous sources of evasion while trying to reach the stat breakpoints.
By enhancing all pieces to the maximum, this build will be able to reach the important breakpoints of 50 Wisdom and 60 Perception, while maintaining 30 Strength for more Health.

Daggers | ・Disguise (6 Pts) ・Poison (9 Pts) |

Wand | ・Damage (6 Pts) ・Weaken (9 Pts) |
The Disguse and Poison trees provide much-needed evasion, a good mix of offensive passives, and reduced cooldowns. As good as Strong Will is, Shrewd Judgment is the better option overall.
For the wand, the Damage and Weaken trees best complement the Curse play style, as the build does not stack much Dexterity or Strength to take advantage of criticals and heavy attacks.

Lady Knight Kamarshea | Creates a shield for 50% of your Max Mana. Cooldown Speed +40% while the shield is up. Summon ends when the Shield is removed. |
Lady Knight Kamarshea is the best option, as not only does she provide a shield that helps keep players stay alive, but she also allows skills to come online faster thanks to her cooldown speed buff.
Whether it is the shield or the duration of the buff, both of these effects greatly benefit this build.

Curse Bomb Rotation Follow-Up Rotation Utility Skills |
Curse Bomb Rotation
▶▶▶▶
▶▶▶
Find an isolated target and start with Cursed Nightmare to put them to sleep. After using the first Touch of Despair, use Time for Punishment as a buff, then use Block Blade and move in any direction to trigger the Lequirus' Gale Blade effect.
Continue using curses, and prolong the duration via Karmic Haze with the Unlucky Clock specialization. With no room for retaliation, this combo can effectively defeat most single targets.
Follow-Up Rotation
▶▶▶▶
To help teammates finish off any surviving targets, use Time of Punishment and Block Blade to get the necessary buffs, then use an abbreviated combo of Corrupted Magic Circle, Touch of Despair, and Cursed Explosion.
Add more Curses and prolong with Karmic Haze if necessary, depending on the target's remaining Health.
Utility Skills
Instead of using Fountain of Life and Clay's Salvation, Blessed Barrier and Invincile Wall is used instead as survivability skills.
Rather than healing, damage mitigation is a much more viable option, as opposed to Fountain of Life, which requires players to remain stationary in the AoE, and Clay's Salvation, which has a slightly longer cast animation.
Phantom Smokescreen and Camouflage Cloak are huge survivability skills that help avoid damage and avoid getting caught in a chain of crowd control skills. Use them wisely, as they can provide a lot of value when used correctly.
